Hey there.
Hope you all had an amazing weekend!
Today kicks off my new "lifestyle"!
See I have this gorgeous best friend who most of you know as "The Mess" over at Beautiful Mess Blog who has inspired me to convert to the Yeast Free Lifestyle.
Steph and I have been friends forever and though I can never remember her being anything other than a perfectly tone skinny minnie, she claims this Yeast Free cut 2 pants sizes off her ass and my friends thats what Im looking for!
{Thats my tiny lil bride right there!}
Im 100% a Weight Watchers supporter and promoter. Last year I lost 11 pounds on WW. So trust me it WORKS. The fact that you can eat anything you want (you just have to count the points) is awesome, but this seems to also be its fault for me. Following my surgery I was told I couldnt work out for at least 3 months. In that 3 months, I ate like I usually did, sticking to the diet here and there but gained some of the weight back because I wasnt exercising. Long story short, I need to learn to eat healthier and to eat foods that are good for me. Im just never going to be one of those girls who doesnt have to work out. If I want to feel good and look good my ass needs to be in a gym and I need to start eating better!
So I decided to commit to Steph's lifestyle. It has changed her life and to be honest, she is one of the FEW people I have ever known to lose weight and NOT gain it back. Girlfriend looks good and I plan to joing her.
{Size 8 to a 4}
You can read all about Yeast Free here on her blog!!
Hopefully I will have amazing results to share! I vote you all join me and we do this together! Let me know if youve signed up with her to start Yeast Free. Its so much easier when you have a support system doing it with you!
Chao,

I’m Kristen. Welcome to All In My Twenties, my place to pour my little heart out on the daily!! This is the world just as I see it. Why dont you kick up your feet and stay awhile?!

I give you mad props girl, I couldn't do it! I'm definitely trying to slim down, but I need my pasta. :)
ReplyDeleteSteph is a great inspiration! I can't wait to see how it works for you! You are a hottie mc hottie to begin with, though!
ReplyDeleteI signed up! I am a little nervous because my birthday is this month so I know I will be out celebrating...but I am going to try and stick to it as much as possible!
ReplyDeleteI can't wait to hear how everyone is doing! That will be motivation for me to keep with it! :)
you'll do great! :) :) :)
ReplyDeleteYou can do it!! :) Good luck!
ReplyDeleteI signed up, and started this am! Glad we're all in it together!
ReplyDeleteI just KNOW you're gonna do great!!! And when all else fails, call me for motivation! Love you sister pants!
ReplyDeleteCheers to 2 pants size smaller and magically appearing collar bones! ;)
I think this is fantastic! Any kind of clean eating is always the best way to go!
ReplyDeleteI'm doing this too!! {again} Last year I lost about 20 lbs in those 30 days...but then summer and drinking and bad food happened so I'm doing it again, but hopefully for more than 30 days! Good luck and I can't wait to hear how it goes for you!!
ReplyDeleteGood luck! Can't wait to hear how it goes! I'm back on Weight Watchers again. It works for me if I stick to it and continue to work out. But I'm interested in seeing how yeast free works for you and may give it a try!
ReplyDeleteI've given some serious thought to trying this as well. Haven't taken the plunge yet though! Good luck! You can do it!!!
ReplyDeleteGOOOD LUCK! I tried yeast free last year and I just couldn't do it. That diet/lifestyle change wasn't for me, but I know you can do it! :)
ReplyDeleteI'm looking forward to seeing how this works for you, I'm heading over to check out the diet now...thanks for the tips:)
ReplyDeleteI try my best to not yeast. My mom has a gluten intolerance and lately it has been making me sick! But it can be so hard, especially when you have a bf who buys such yummy looking food!!
ReplyDeleteI am beginning a lifestyle similar to this and I have actually talked to Stephanie a few times about her lifestyle. Can't wait to see how it goes and can't wait to read about it here! Good luck!
ReplyDeleteGOOD LUCK!!! I'm just like you - I will never be able to keep weight off without watching what I eat and working out, ugh! Why can't we be like the girls who can eat everything and never gain a pound?! Oh well!!
ReplyDeleteGood luck!! Right now I'm working on incorporating daily exercise back into my routine and once I conquer that I will try to switch up to healthier eating too! Can't wait to hear how it goes! :)
ReplyDeleteI've talked about going gluten-free for what feels like forever and finally started on New Years, in part because of Stephanie's whole yeast-free/dairy-free thing, and although it was really tricky at first it really has become a "mind over matter" thing. Today I passed up Dunkin Donut donut holes because they weren't yeast-free and only felt a teensy bit sad about it. :) Good luck!!
ReplyDeleteGood luck! I've been doing a low-carb diet since the end of April and have lost about 30 pounds. I'm still eating just about everything I want but I really try to watch the carbs and sugar. It's really tough at first, especially since your body is going through withdrawals but you just gotta stick to it! Once you see 10 pounds drop in 2 weeks, you'll want to continue!
ReplyDeleteDAMN. I ain't gone lie, that picture is pretty convincing ... I'm headin over now to learn more about this mess! Thanks! :)
ReplyDeleteGood luck! I think this would be hard but I bet once you get use to eating different foods it gets better.
ReplyDeletegood luck! it will get easier after the first few days!
ReplyDeleteI have never heard of going "yeast free"... Good luck!!! I Can't wait to see how it goes for you :)
ReplyDeleteThis is such a good lifestyle, I wish you tons of luck with it girl - can't wait for you to blog all about it! I'm trying to limit carbs and calories right now, but I don't know if i could ever go "yeast free" - I love cheese too much!!
ReplyDeleteI did this last year through Steph's blog and am trying to do it again, I did lose like 7 or 8 lbs last time I did it so hopefully I will lose again! Good luck! the first 2 weeks are the hardest without eating fruit but after that its pretty easy!
ReplyDeleteI give you super props girlie... I do not know that I could do what you two ladies are doing. Oh & I love those little cute robes with initials on them! Those are too dang cute :)
